Through a problem-solving framework of these integrated needs, our programs and products provide solution-focused strategies that improve their intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual health.”

We believe a person’s basic needs are so relevant that every message Dr. Kathy brings to an audience is linked to security, identity, belonging, purpose, and/or competence. Sometimes she mentions the connections and sometimes she doesn’t. You will appreciate the consistency either way, as messages build on each other to expand their impact and enhance their effectiveness. This is true whether they take place over 1-3 days or every fall or spring, as you hire her annually.

Because we are concerned about a person’s intellectual, emotional, social, physical, and spiritual health, our messages always affect one or more of these domains. Every member of the audience will hear something pertinent because they each have the same basic needs.

Our commitment to be solution focused will be appreciated by everyone. We teach parents and teachers to not talk with children about their problems unless they are willing to offer hope for change. We will model this in every presentation. We emphasize realistic and proven solutions to common concerns. Our topics are timely and our content is practical, helpful, clear, and complete. We love what we do and it shows. Participants will know what to do as a result of our teaching and they will want to do it. Most will follow through and successfully implement new ideas.
